The Sniper Observation (Obs) Folder, an improved version of the traditional Obs board folder used by Sniper, Recce and Covert Surveillance Teams. Features include weather proof material, removable plastic board, clip up sides and ¾ heavy duty zip closure. Pockets for equipment and Log Sheets as shown.
